Products & Purchases
One-of-a-Kind Nature
All items on SONDOS are one-of-a-kind pieces. Each product exists only once. When purchased, the item is immediately marked as SOLD and will never be available again. This is a fundamental aspect of our platform and your purchase.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, measurements, and photographs. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
Pricing
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that:

Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All shipments are insured.
Delivery Issues
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if there are issues with delivery.
Returns & Refunds
No Returns Policy
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of all items, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defects or shipping damage. All sales are final.

User Content

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SONDOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SONDOS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
