What makes SONDOS different?

Every piece on SONDOS is truly one-of-a-kind. When you purchase an item, you own the only one in existence. No one else will ever wear the same piece. This creates true exclusivity and celebrates individual style.

Are the pieces really unique?

Yes, absolutely. Each item exists as a single piece only. Once sold, it is marked as SOLD and will never be restocked or reproduced. This is our commitment to true uniqueness.

Who designs the pieces?

We work with independent fashion designers and artisans who create exclusive pieces for SONDOS. Each designer brings their unique vision and craftsmanship to create wearable art.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your desired piece, and click "Add to Cart". You must create an account or log in to complete your purchase. Follow the checkout process to enter shipping information and payment details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system. All transactions are processed in USD.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-compliant and industry-leading in security. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time, the piece may already be in preparation for shipping. Contact us immediately at orders@sondos.com if you need to cancel.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. International expansion is planned for the future.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (US) orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic shipping is $15 flat rate, or FREE on orders over $300. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout for domestic orders at an additional cost.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of defects or damage during shipping. Please review all product details, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sondos.com with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement if available.

What if the item doesn't fit?

We provide detailed measurements and size information for each piece. Please review these carefully before purchasing. Due to the unique nature of our items, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.

How do I know my size?

Are the colors accurate in photos?

Do I need an account to shop?

Do you have a physical store?
